There are several issues related to the provision of health care services across the world. According to health experts, there are three goals that should be achieved in order to ensure success in provision of quality healthcare to all:
o Health care services being provided to the patient should reflect their different tastes;
o There should be no wastage of money in provision of hygiene and health services;
o Patients should not be deprived of health care services due to their inability to pay.
Even though it is not possible to incorporate all three goals and realize them at the same time, they can be at least used for designing a good health care system. As far as heath care policies in developing countries are concerned, the emphasis is placed on the development of health services owned by the government.
